We were very happy with the excellent location (just 2 blocks from the Roma Termini main rail station) and Felipo who runs the hotel was extraordinarily helpful and went the extra mile for us during our stay - really great guy who speaks English well and is knowledgeable about getting around the city. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Rome near the subway and train station.

We were so delighted with this hotel and do not have any negative feedback at all, it was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again! = )

This is a great location - so close to Termini Central Station and lots of restaurants in the surrounding area. The room was very nice and the bathroom was very lovely. It seemed pretty secure as you needed three different keys to get into the place and there were only three rooms in our section.

The only small downer was the shower. No pressure, not enough hot water - it was a fantastic bathroom but the shower was a bit pitiful unfortunately. But still we managed to get some hot water. Despite this, I would probably book here again.

Room was on the small side but clean and comfortable and didn't hear much noises from other rooms. Close to Termini station.

No reception at all,a person came when someone checked in or out only. Phone numbers on the door bell didn't answer. Not the easiest to find. 120cm bed in a double room not big enough really for 2. Shower was a trickle only.

The hotel is quite near to the Roma Termini (convenient for those traveling by train).

The hotel does not have a reception. The hotel does not accept credit cards (you have to pay cash and make an appointment via cell phone). The hotel does not have room service. One towel provided per person for the entire stay (3 days in our case). There is no breakfast in the hotel. One croissant and one cup of coffee is provided in a bar ca. 5 min walking distance. WiFi does not work (the staff promised to fix this, but did not do so, no further information). The room was very noisy, situated in the 2nd floor facing a busy road with tram and car traffic). The shower is due for overhaul. At almost 100 Euros per night, you will find much better hotels in Rome.

The staff was very friendly and ready to help. Room was clean and tidy.

Ear plugs! We are not used to sleep with (loud) street noises and without ear plugs nobody could fall asleep and rest! Shower warm water was not steady and not much pressure either.

The Hotel does not have any reception or any person to answer the call bell. Me and my wife arrived with two young children after a long journey and kept pushing the call bell and asking passersby for direction for almost 20 munites when one of the neighbours was kind enough to open the main door of the building for us. Once inside, we had to wait another 15 minutes and ask several other residents of the building before the hotel representative came and finally checked us in. The air-conditioner was not working in the room and we had to endure a terribly hot night, sweating in the bed all along. The table fans provided just kept throwing hot air on our faces. Breakfast next morning at a cafe (coupons provided) consisted of only one croissant and cafe. Worst experience of staying in a hotel for a long time. Not recommended at all other than budget visitors/ backpackers.

It is a vera good located hotel near to main Rome train station so, is very closed to the main city landmarks by train. The hotel staff is very friendly and with high sense of service.

In Roma Paradiso hotel, the hot water is a lottery. Sometimes is working but very hot, and sometimes is not working and the water is very cold. I can't imagine this hotel like a choice in winter. In other hand, there is not a signal to find the hotel easily. Only a very small name in the ring bell.

It does not have personnel at the hotel. It is a set of three rooms that are rented out. I would not place this hotel my website. It is very miss leading. Arrival was inprofessional and very scaring to arrive at a building with multiple resisdences and I was left there waiting for someone to come from who knows where. I had to phone a number several times before anyone answer who then said that someone will be at the building to greet me.

I liked only the fact that the b&b has a very good location and also the bathroom looked quite good

The room was too small for 4 beds The shower was somehow broken and you couldn't find the right temperature for the water, either too cold either too hot There was no staff

Well located in easy walking distance of Termini train station tourist busses etc.

Breakfast a croisant and coffee about 300 metres away. Plumbing needed attention with shower and hand basin drainage poor and shower head needing replacement.

Filop who ran the hotel was very nice but he was not there most of the time. So, it would be good to contact him in advance. As there was no reception, we did not feel very secure but found out to be alright. This b&b is ideal for budget travellers, but if you can afford more, or if you are mature couple, please find a proper hotel.

Internet connection failed during our stay.
